The House passed a package of funding bills, 217-214, to fund the majority of the government, which has technically been shuttered since Saturday morning.

In the end, 21 Democrats and 196 Republicans voted for the funding bills, which appropriators wrote in a mostly bipartisan fashion. And 193 Democrats and 21 Republicans voted no.
