Tensions are high in Minneapolis over the targeting of immigrant communities with raids and arrests by federal agents.

The situation has further escalated following the respective shootings and killings of two American citizens – one by Immigrations and Customs Enforcements (ICE), and another by the U.S. Border Patrol (USBP).
