The Trump administration said it will end the controversial immigration operation in Minnesota that sparked nationwide protests after federal agents shot and killed two U.S. citizens, Renee Good and Alex Pretti, in January.
White House border czar Tom Homan announced the move at a press conference on Feb. 12.
“A significant drawdown has already been underway this week and will continue through the next week,” Homan added.
