European Union chief Ursula von der Leyen expresses her "full solidarity" with Lithuania over repeated incursions into the Baltic nation’s air space. Vilnius has accused Russian ally Belarus of hitting Lithuania with a "hybrid attack" after dozens of contraband-laden balloons forced the closure of airports last week. Speaking in Stockholm, Sweden, where a meeting of Nordic leaders is taking place, Von der Leyen describes the incursions as "a provocation." SOUNDBITE
