President Donald Trump met with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan for several hours at the White House on Thursday, with most of the talks focusing on the United States selling American F-35 fighter jets to Turkey again.

Trump also pressured Erdoğan to stop buying oil from Russia while the two leaders spoke to reporters in the Oval Office.
