Protests in Iran reached the two-week mark on Sunday, with dozens reportedly killed in the capital city, Tehran. Newly released footage shows loved ones gathered outside the Kahrizak Forensic Medical Centre in Tehran to identify bodies of demonstrators killed.

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian claims the unrest is being stoked by Israel and the United States, “giving instructions to these people, telling them: go ahead, we are backing you."

Meanwhile, U.S. President Donald Trump has openly stated that “the USA stands ready to help” in a post on Truth Social.

Protests started in Iran on December 28, beginning in response to economic hardship and quickly turning political, with protesters demanding an end to the Islamic regime.
