Iran launched strikes on energy infrastructure across the Gulf, targeting sites in Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the UAE as the conflict escalates.

One of the facilities in Qatar supplies about one-fifth of the world’s natural gas, raising concerns about global energy disruption.
 
In Tehran, one resident described mounting fear and daily disruption, saying "there is fear and anxiety for ourselves, for our children… nothing is the same and things have changed very much."

Saudi Arabia says it will not be pressured by Iran and reserves the right to take military action as regional tensions intensify.
