A senior Hamas delegation was in Egypt Sunday to discuss the ceasefire agreement in Gaza.
Both Israel and Hamas continue to trade accusations of truce violations.

Egypt, Qatar and the U.S. are mediating the talks.

In a statement, Hamas said it reaffirmed its commitment to implementing the first phase of the agreement. However, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu says the Israeli Defence Forces (IDF) killed five senior Hamas members after a fighter was sent into Israeli-controlled Gaza territory.

Meanwhile, Israel claims it killed a senior Hezbollah leader in an airstrike on Beirut. At least four people were killed and close to two dozen were injured in the strike on the Lebanese capital.
