Lebanese civilians have been fleeing areas targeted by Israel, that carried out dozens of airstrikes throughout the day, hitting the capital’s southern suburbs as well as areas in southern and eastern Lebanon. The escalation follows Hezbollah’s launching of missiles and drones on northern Israel late Saturday.
