The war in Iran is drawing growing opposition among some members of Congress, as top members of the Trump administration head to Capitol Hill Tuesday where more classified briefings on the war are planned. It comes as Secretary of State Marco Rubio is offering an explanation for the United States’ role in the conflict. "We knew that there was going to be an Israeli action. We knew that it would precipitate an attack against American forces. We went proactively in a defensive way." NBC’s Gabe Gutierrez reports for TODAY from the White House.
