In this week’s episode of Minutes With, we spoke with the impressive and humble Martin Jeffrey about his 30-year career working with the dead as an Embalmer and Postmortem Reconstruction Specialist.

Martin talks us through his journey from an aspiring labourer to working on over 10,000 dead bodies. Starting as a driver for a funeral director, and then an Embalmer, Martin replaced his fear of death with a compassion for treating the dead to give families the opportunity to see their loved ones one last time. Martin spent time in the USA training in reconstruction and brought back his learnings to the UK allowing him to work on some of the most difficult cases possible.
