Lawmakers are facing a midnight deadline to avert a partial government shutdown over the future and funding of ICE operations and raids in cities across the United States. It comes after the Senate failed to pass a deal to continue to fund the government and comes as a surprise after President Donald Trump announced that both sides had come to an agreement on how to move forward.
