Liberals table 2nd border bill after backlash to 1st version

The federal Liberals are revamping their border security bill after backlash over the impact it would have on civil liberties and privacy.

The revamped legislation replicates most of what was proposed in regards to the Canada-U.S. border, immigration and combatting fentanyl.
