At the United Nations, Resident Coordinator for Cuba Francisco Pichon and IOM Chief of Mission in Haiti Grégoire Goodstein give an update on Hurricane Melissa’s aftermath. At least 25 people died in Haiti and about 735,000 others were evacuated in Cuba. The hurricane caused severe damage across Jamaica.
