French President Emmanuel Macron, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky sign a declaration of intent on the deployment of a multinational force following a ceasefire, at the conclusion of a meeting in Paris of Kyiv’s allies from the ‘Coalition of Willing’, aimed at presenting a united front on Ukraine’s future security in the face of Moscow.
