In South Africa, a manhunt is underway for gunmen who killed at least nine people and injured 10 others in the early hours of Sunday. It happened at a township pub west of Johannesburg. The motive isn’t known – officials say the gunmen fired at random from vehicles. It’s the second mass shooting in South Africa this month. The country has one of the world’s highest homicide rates.
