European leaders say peace talks in Berlin, Germany about bringing an end to Russia’s war on Ukraine may be yielding results.

German Chancellor Friedrich Merz said the U.S. had provided “remarkable” legal and material guarantees. And U.S. officials say more talks are likely this weekend following the latest round of discussions with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
