Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey said it is "deeply concerning" that the Trump administration is drawing an early conclusion after a U.S. immigration agent fatally shot a 37-year-old mother of three.

Minnesota authorities said they were opening their own probe after some state and local officials criticized the federal government for refusing to cooperate.
