Around 400 motorcyclists ride down Avenue Foch in Paris toward Porte Dauphine in response to a call by the Fédération des motards en colère (ed: Angry bikers’ Federation)). The protest targeted the planned extension of low-emission zones (LEZs), which aim to restrict the circulation of the most polluting vehicles in urban areas.
