My bagel shop located inside a car dealership brings in $200,000 a year

From CNBC Make It.

Jacob Anson, 31, quit his job selling used tires for an automotive aftermarket company during the summer of 2021, and started Brazen Bagels with a $3,000 cash advance on a credit card.
