MSNBC’s David Noriega reports from Bogotá, Colombia, after Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth announced more deadly military strikes on boats allegedly trafficking narcotics.
"This is happening in the context of a feud between Donald Trump and the president of Colombia… who came out and very harshly criticized Donald Trump for these boat strikes," Noriega said.
