Nova Scotia braces for third snowstorm in 3 weeks

From Global News.

Another winter storm is set to hit Nova Scotia, marking the third major snowfall in the province in just three weeks.

Environment Canada says a nor’easter will bring heavy snow and strong winds, with eastern regions and Cape Breton expected to be hit hardest.

Halifax could see up to 15 centimetres of snow by Monday morning, prompting an overnight winter parking ban as the city prepares.

Nova Scotia Power says it is monitoring the forecast closely and has opened its Emergency Operations Centre ahead of the storm. Angela Capobianco reports.
