A Nova Scotian couple expecting their first child says the health-care system has failed them.

Cassidy Horne and her partner, William Biso, were set to welcome their child, Arabella, in January.

But things didn’t go according to plan. Horne says she lost her baby after an ultrasound scheduling issue. Mitchell Bailey spoke to the couple about their ordeal.
