Michael McKee, who’s accused of killing his ex-wife Monique Tepe and her husband Spencer inside their Ohio home, is facing upgraded charges of two counts of aggravated murder with premeditation after making his first court appearance in Illinois. Spencer Tepe’s brother-in-law tells NBC News that McKee “was an emotionally abusive person” when he was with Monique. NBC’s Erin McLaughlin reports for TODAY.
