From AFP News Agency.
In the Texan town of Laredo, residents have received letters from the federal government giving them five days to decide whether to let a US-Mexico border wall run through their back yards.
Trump is targeting the border in and around Laredo, a mostly Hispanic town of 250,000 located along the Rio Grande.
Plans are to build a ‘smart wall’, which would include cameras, lights, and other detection technology designed to catch people trying to cross the border into the United States.
