The federal government is back open after a partial shutdown, but the Department of Homeland Security is only funded for 10 additional days as lawmakers debate the future of the Trump administration’s ICE raids. Meanwhile, Bill and Hillary Clinton have both agreed to answer questions from the House Oversight Committee related to the investigation into late convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein and have asked for their hearing to be public.
