PM Carney set to meet Trump as ‘51st state’ rhetoric renews in US

From Global News.

Prime Minister Mark Carney announced Friday he is heading back to the White House next week to meet Donald Trump, while challenges with the U.S. President remain as volatile as ever.

The visit comes as Trump revived his rhetoric about making Canada the 51st state, earlier this week. David Akin has the story.
