From Global News.
On Tuesday, amid the 4th anniversary of Russia’s war in Ukraine, President Vladimir Putin accused Ukraine, with the help of other Western intelligence agencies, of trying to sabotage the peace process between the two countries.
“Last year, the number of crimes of a terrorist nature increased. There is no doubt that, as in recent years, Ukrainian special services and their foreign curators are behind most of them,” Putin said at the opening annual assembly of Russia’s Federal Security Service.
“At the same time, there has been a significant increase in attacks on Russian infrastructure facilities, social and government institutions, and residential buildings using missile weapons and various types of drones,” he added.
Putin also said Moscow’s adversaries probably understand how any attack on Russia or Russian forces using "a nuclear element" could end.
