Quebec man arrested in Spain 6 years after massive Desjardin data breach

An international manhunt for a Quebec man wanted in connection with an unprecedented data breach has ended.

Juan Pablo Serrano was taken into custody in Spain, six years after the personal information of nearly 10 million Desjardins clients was stolen.
