Tensions tied to the war with Iran are already showing up in gas prices. Morning Joe’s chief economic analyst Steve Rattner said the conflict is “already having an impact on what people pay at the pump,” noting prices have risen from about $2.98 to $3.11 nationwide in just the last few days as markets react to the risk of disruptions in the Strait of Hormuz, a key route for global oil shipments.
