Four Republican congressmen split with their party and joined Democrats to force a vote on a health care plan. A GOP-led plan passed in the House but it did not include an extension of ACA subsidies. Rep, Mike Lawler (R-NY), who was one of those four lawmakers, joins Katy Tur to share his hopes for getting a deal passed in the new year.
