Los Angeles police will provide an update on the investigation into the murders of Hollywood director Rob Reiner and Michele Singer Reiner, who were found dead in their L.A. home. Investigators believe the couple suffered stab wounds.

Nick Reiner, son of the couple, was arrested and booked into jail in Los Angeles County after his parents were found dead.

The Los Angeles Police Department has not formally announced Nick’s arrest but online jail records show he is being held on US$4-million bail.

The Reiners got into a “very loud argument” with their son Nick at a party Saturday night, just hours before the director and his wife were found dead, according to multiple sources.
