From Global News.
Russian drones blasted apartment buildings and the power grid in the southern Ukraine city of Odesa in an overnight attack that injured six people, including a toddler and two other children, officials said Wednesday.
The attacks continue as European and American leaders try to develop a peace agreement to end the nearly 4-year-long war. However, peace appears unlikely with Moscow promising to change its position away from peace talks after releasing footage it says acts as proof Ukraine carried out a drone attack aimed at a presidential residence; an attack Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenskyy says was a false flag.
Former U.S. Nato Ambassador Kurt Volker said “I don’t see any real progress in getting a peace agreement because Russia is simply not interested, but at least the U.S., Ukraine and Europe may be more aligned.”
