Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Russia launched a massive aerial attack across Ukraine Monday night into Tuesday, killing at least three people, including a 4-year-old child. These videos show some of the damage to residential buildings in Kyiv and the Zhytomyr region.
