Savannah Guthrie is offering a million-dollar reward for the return of her mom dead or alive. For the first time in a new video, the "TODAY" show co-host acknowledged that 84-year-old Nancy Guthrie may not have survived the brutal kidnapping. Savannah also acknowledged the tens of thousands of missing persons whose cases did not get the same attention as her mothers and is donating half a million dollars to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
