Rescuers and Lebanese soldiers inspect the site of a deadly Israeli strike on a vehicle in the Lebanese village of Al-Qunaitra near the city of Sidon. Lebanese state media reported three people killed in the air strike that Israel said had targeted Hezbollah operatives on Monday, days ahead of a deadline for Lebanon’s army to disarm the group near the border.
