As Prime Minister Carney kicks off his next trade mission in India, concerns are being raised about that country’s ongoing threats to Canadians.
 
Last year, CSIS called India one of the main perpetrators of foreign interference and espionage, and a report from the Foreign Interference Inquiry ranked India the second most active country when it comes to Canadian electoral foreign interference.
 
We speak with Dan Stanton, a former manager at the Canadian Security Intelligence Service, who says that "these aren’t things that you turn off with a switch. They’re ongoing for years. They mutate a bit. They become more sophisticated… It doesn’t just stop."
