As well as officials from Fisheries and the B.C. Conservation Service, police have launched an investigation after security camera footage captured a disturbing case of possible polluting in a Coquitlam creek.

Surveillance video shows two men throwing several cans of what appears to be paint – but is an undetermined substance – into the fragile, fish-bearing Noons Creek.
