Sen. Mark Warner (D-VA) questioned why Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard left out a section of her written testimony that said Iran had not made efforts to rebuild their enrichment capability.

Gabbard responded that she only omitted that section during her opening remarks because she was running long on time.
