Michael Ryan Burke, a 42-year-old veteran, was fatally shot in Missouri after a group of teenagers robbed him when picking up a phone he listed on Facebook Marketplace. Three teenagers were later arrested. NBC News’ Morgan Chesky reports on the incident.
