Residents of Yaletown in Vancouver, B.C. held a grassroots public safety meeting on Tuesday, following a series of random and unprovoked attacks on the seawall that occurred last week.

The suspect, who police say victimized five men and two women, was captured on surveillance footage shortly after 7:30 a.m. on Friday.

Thirty-five-year-old Tamara Jean Hamelin is now charged with one count of assault in connection with these apparent random attacks.
