A frantic search is underway for a missing California swimmer and investigators are trying to determine if the woman was the victim of a shark attack. Police say the 55-year-old was swimming about 100 yards offshore of Lovers Point Beach in Monterey when witnesses saw a shark emerge. NBC’s Emilie Ikeda reports for TODAY.
