President Donald Trump has deployed two aircraft carrier battle groups within striking distance of Iran along with fighter jets in the biggest military buildup in the Middle East since the 2003 invasion of Iran. Trump has said military strikes may be needed to persuade Iran to accept a deal to limit its nuclear program. NBC’s Richard Engel reports for TODAY from Jerusalem.
