The Joy of Machining a Solid Acrylic Tool Tray

From Adam Savage’s Tested.

Using some extra stock left over from Savage Builds, Adam machines two 1-inch thick tool trays out of cast acrylic for his beloved pantograph mill. Solid acrylic may be overkill for these trays, but that’s why you always save your extra material stock for projects like this!
