Five major networks — including Fox News — refused to sign the Pentagon’s new press policy, calling it overly restrictive. On Morning Joe, Joe Scarborough warned against government limits on press access, saying: “This isn’t the Soviet Union. It’s the United States of America… It’s reporters job to keep the Pentagon honest, to protect our men and women in uniform.”
