From DW News.

Ukraine’s Parliament Speaker Ruslan Stefanchuk tells DW’s Misha Komadovsky in Washington he is working on “new visions” of U.S. support for Ukraine.
He highlights bipartisan backing in Congress and ongoing talks on sanctions and possible Tomahawk missile transfers, while stressing that diplomacy remains on the table. Stefanchuk says Kyiv needs strong, legally binding security guarantees with the United States and accuses Russia of delaying negotiations. Asked whether Donald Trump can pressure Moscow, he says: “I hope so.”
