U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio spoke with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov about next steps toward resolving Russia’s war with Ukraine. The conversation comes ahead of an expected meeting between US President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin in Hungary. On Sunday, Mr. Trump outlined some of his ideas for achieving a ceasefire while speaking to journalists on board Air Force One.
