President Donald Trump has arrived in Malaysia for a summit with Asian leaders and to work on the United States’ trade relationship with China. Meanwhile, Trump said he plans to increase the tariff on Canadian imports by another 10% in response to Ontario running an ad that included a clip of President Ronald Reagan edited to criticize Trump’s trade policy.
