President Donald Trump says his plan for a meeting with Russian leader Vladimir Putin in Budapest, Hungary is on hold because he doesn’t want it to be a “waste of time.” The decision was made following a call Monday between Sec. of State Marco Rubio and Russian FM Sergey Lavrov.
