President Donald Trump delivered a speech at a U.S. Capitol reception hosting Irish Taoiseach Micheál Martin to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day on Tuesday, March 17. During his speech, Trump also talked about bombing efforts in Iran as the U.S. war with Israel against Iran nears marking three weeks.
